THE 1.5 GEAR AND THE BIOLOGICAL CONSTRUCTOR

This paper argues that a single mathematical ratio—1.5—governs the structure of quarks, the way the human eye builds a 3D world, consciousness, and the distribution of matter across the cosmos. We reveal that physical reality is a nested series of self-similar informational “Qubits” spanning 42 orders of magnitude. By establishing the speed of light (c) as both the fundamental metric (the Ruler) and the operational law (the Rule), we provide a novel resolution to the 8.3% Hubble tension (Planck Collaboration, 2020; Riess et al., 2024) as a 2/27 phase residue, predicting convergence with maturing data. We propose that consciousness is the macro-scale “render engine” required to resolve the c-constant into a stable structural record.
